I had the privilege of staying with Faisal and his great family for a bit more than a week to help out with the English lessons. First of all, as a volunteer you are taken in as a part of the family with a lot of warmth and love. We talked, played guitar, went to a traditional celebration and of course had a lot of fun teaching the kids together. Faisal is crazily inspiring, not only does he go to his school for loooong hours, six days a week, but he also takes time to teach 3 classes of kids on his spare time and puts a lot of effort into it. It was great discussing contemporary and eternal topics with him and the kids and he has done a great job there. All the groups really want to learn and makes teaching both fun and easy. Faisal, whenever you get married, I’ll be back! xx
